Dear people, there is again news from us and from GLS. We just received the following message:

Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus Covid-19, there are unfortunately various delivery delays.

Currently all countries can be supplied again.

Please note, however, that due to the order situation and the current situation, delivery delays of 2-3 working days may occur. These are in addition to our usual delivery times.

Further important information on deliveries to GLS parcel shops:

Many GLS parcel shops are currently closed due to official requirements and can therefore not be delivered. Exceptions are GLS 'own parcel shops, petrol stations, drugstores & amp; Supermarkets.

For deliveries to parcel shops, we ask you to clarify in advance whether a delivery to the respective shop is currently possible.

The following applies to private customers:

To receive a package, it is absolutely necessary that someone is on site to receive the package, since currently does not have a second one Delivery attempt can take place. Since the majority of the parcel shops are closed due to the current situation, a delivery in parcel shops is only possible if these are also legally open . At the moment these are tobacco shops and petrol stations. All other parcel shops are currently closed.

The following applies to business customers:
Currently only one delivery attempt is possible. If this is unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to the sender immediately, since no second delivery attempt is possible.

Please note that this is due to the current situation and the official restrictions relating to the Coronavirus Covid-19 and that neither we, nordfishing77, nor our logistics partner GLS, can change anything about these restrictions can.
