Terms of delivery
The goods you have ordered will be prepared for collection in the Hagenbrunn store at the time specified by you in the case of the "pick-up in the Hagenbrunn store" shipping method.
Otherwise, it will be sent to you by the parcel service immediately upon availability and receipt of payment.
Please note a processing time for bank transfers of approx. 1-2 working days.
As soon as your transfer has reached our customer account, you will automatically receive an email with the package number and the link to the shipment history. Here you can track the status of your parcel yourself and thus check exactly when your parcel will arrive.
Customers from Austria and Germany can now enjoy the new delivery service "Flex Delivery" (← just click on the link for more information).
Information on package insurance
Your package will be shipped insured for transport. However, the insurance protection requires that any kind of damage to the transport box is reported when the parcel is accepted.
We recommend that you do not issue a parking permit, as this would invalidate the transport insurance.
How can I report transport damage?
Please make a note of " DAMAGED " in the delivery person's signature field!

For deliveries to Germany and Austria up to 300cm girth & amp; 30kg package weight, you only pay the shipping costs once. In addition, you will not receive a bulky goods surcharge for the delivery of fishing rods charged.
Austria: delivery time 1 - 2 working days
Germany: delivery time 3 - 5 working days

Information about the calculation of your delivery date:
The deadline for your delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, with other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
