The Traction Pro rod series features the same reactive carbon fiber technology as the well-known Traction rods; However, thanks to the evolution of materials, this new series features a 1k fabric that allows the traditional “parabolic action” to be implemented in an unusual way. The throwing energy builds up more slowly, so that the angler can achieve very long casting distances with minimal effort.
Reactive carbon fiber material also helps to absorb sudden escapes during the fight better than with other rods, giving the angler more control directly under the rod tip, where the hook is most likely to slip.
