Delivery Conditions

The ordered goods will be shipped immediately upon availability and receipt of payment via parcel service. Please note a processing time of approximately 1-2 working days for bank transfers.

As soon as the transfer has been received in our customer account, you will automatically receive an email with the package number and a link to the tracking information. Here you can track the status of your package yourself and thereby check exactly when your package will arrive.

Customers from Austria and Germany can now enjoy the new delivery service "Flex Delivery".

Package Insurance

Your package will be shipped with transport insurance. However, the insurance coverage requires that any type of damage to the transport box be reported upon acceptance of the package.

What should you do if you notice transport damage?

- Please note the remark "Damaged" in the signature field of the delivery person.
- Fill out this online form .

If you give permission to leave the package, it is considered delivered upon being left. We recommend not granting permission to leave the package, as this will void the transport insurance.

Calculation of Delivery Date

The period for your delivery begins with advance payment on the day after the payment order is given to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time to Austria and Germany

For deliveries to Germany and Austria up to a maximum of 300 cm in size, you only pay the shipping costs once. There is no bulky goods surcharge for rods.
