- What are the shipping costs? For Austria and Germany, a flat rate of €7.90 is charged for package values up to €177.76. For all other countries, specific prices apply; for more details, please refer to the "Shipping Information" here.
- How can I receive a gift from nordfishing77? With every order using the prepayment method and a purchase value of €77.77 or more, you have the option to choose a free gift during checkout. Further information can be found here.

- Can I use an online shop voucher in the physical store or vice versa? No, a voucher from the online shop can only be used online, and a store voucher can only be used in the physical stores.
Questions about Shipping & Delivery
- When can I expect delivery? We will ship your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment. The delivery time depends on the respective country and can be checked here. You can track your package with the tracking number.
- Can I modify my order? Your order is immediately processed in the automatic processing system and cannot be modified. In case of urgency, please contact us as soon as possible at +43 2246 / 20 510 or by email at [email protected].
- Which shipping company will deliver my package? We ship all our orders with the shipping service provider GLS. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please check the package for integrity BEFORE acceptance or sign in the signature field with "damaged or subject to reservation" as the transport insurance expires after the signature.
- Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after placing the order? The confirmation is an automated email and may therefore be placed in the spam folder.
