To ensure safe fishing for hard-fighting target fish such as GT, Tuna, Cubera, Amberjack, Rooster & Co., the rod blank, reel seat, rings and spigot connections must be of the highest quality. HVF carbon fiber blanks with X45 technology are extremely durable and torsion-resistant - precise casts and controlled bait guidance are possible at any time. The backbone of the Saltiga rods offers enormous reserves of power to control large specimens during fights and to guide them away from dangerous areas and reefs with the drag completely closed. The tip action accelerates hardbaits to very good casting distances.
Underwrapped Fuji SiC double bar K guides can withstand even the toughest loads. The V-Joint tenon joint connections are reinforced with a special BIAS carbon fiber material, resulting in incredibly robust joints with a perfectly harmonious bending pattern.
