It was developed to both tame hard-fighting barbels and to allow casting of large leads and feed baskets with a finely tuned tip, improving bite detection and cushioning violent runs especially at short distances. The lightest model (1,75lb) is perfect for small rivers, the medium model (2,25 lb) is a great all-round rod, and the two heaviest models are perfect for large rivers and extreme conditions. All models are equipped with a classic full cork handle, a Custom DPS reel seat, and Shimano Hardlite double-leg guides, which further improve the rod's performance. The tip is designed in white for better visibility, and the handle is fitted with an aluminum end cap.
