The Orbit Double Tapered Mono is a special casting line with an integrated tapered leader at each end for maximum casting distances: Perfect for fishing at extreme distances or in waters with traditional leader bans.It is also ideally suited for fishing with naked Chod, in obstacle areas, and when Zig-Rig fishing. The increased diameter of the leader serves simultaneously as a robust, abrasion-resistant buffer and helps to reduce tangles with fine Zig hook links.
With a 5-meter long section of high-strength, low-stretch monofilament as the leader, which tapers over the next 7 meters to the required diameter, the line can be reversed onto a spare spool if needed, to expose the second tapered section.
