DRD DRAG SYSTEM
The incredibly durable DRD Drag System is used for 18000 size and above.
Drags that use carbon discs are very durable, but DRD takes it to another level with a new drag mechanism targeting larger fish. Equipped with eight metal rollers on a single metal plate, DRD controls the loss of pulling force caused by frictional heat. It's smooth under pressure and is 5x more durable.
The ATD Tough Drag delivers exceptional pulling strength and smoothness. The large Carbon-Drag-Stack provides anglers with the ultimate performance and reliability.
Up to 14000 size, the ATD Carbon-Washers from Daiwa are used for reliable and smooth drag control.
