The 26 Tatula BF TW was specially developed for modern Bait Finesse Fishing with light lures. Every detail of this reel is designed to cast the smallest lures precisely, controlled, and with maximum efficiency – without compromising stability or ease of use.

The heart of the reel is the ultralight 30mm spool made of Super-Super-Duralumin. Especially when fishing with light lures, spool weight is crucial: heavy spools require stronger starting and braking force, which hinders spool rotation and reduces casting distance and control.

Zero Adjuster – easy setup, consistent performance
The Zero Adjuster function (next to the handle) makes setup particularly easy:
The mechanical spool brake is already optimally set for small lures, and before fishing, only the magnetic brake needs to be adjusted to the lure. After that, normally no further adjustments are necessary during fishing.

Drag-Click-Sound – control with thin lines
A special highlight is the integrated brake click sound when line is running out during the fight. This was not present in the previous model.

80mm handle – optimal for finesse techniques
The 80mm long handle is deliberately shorter than on classic models. Compared to longer handles, it offers more feel, finer control, and more direct lure guidance – perfectly tuned for precise work with light lures.

Aluminum housing – light and stable

Although it is possible to spool more line than indicated, the reel is optimized for the best and most comfortable performance with a fill amount of 45m.
