With the Daiwa Black Widow XT Bait, DAIWA offers universally applicable rods for fishing predatory fish such as pike, zander and eel as well as coarse fish such as tench, bream or carp with natural bait.The semi-parabolic HMC+ carbon fiber blank of this rod series charges excellently and enables long casts without damaging or even losing sensitive hook baits in the cast.
The models with a casting weight of 20-60g are perfect for fishing in stagnant or slow-flowing waters with small baitfish for zander or for presenting fresh dew worms to eels using a large glow stick float.
With a casting weight of 30-90g, natural bait can be transported over long distances and weights can be used that stay on the bottom even in stronger currents.
With the rods with a casting weight of up to 125g, fighting a pike beyond the 1m mark or a carp over 15kg is no problem, even at long distances.
