Compared to the existing J-Braid X8, the Grand X8 offers a tighter weave – achieving better abrasion resistance and knot strength. Thanks to the special manufacturing process, in which the J-Braid Grand X8 is stretched during production, the abrasion resistance and tensile strength are further increased. The J-Braid Grand X8 is very soft and due to the surface coating also extremely quiet in the rings – it is a bit stiffer than the J-Braid X8 and is therefore particularly suitable under windy and difficult casting conditions.
