The new Saltiga 12-Braid Multi-Color from DAIWA offers enormous improvements over previous models and impresses with tremendous abrasion resistance, extreme load capacity, and optimal casting distances.The innovative "Muscle PE" braiding process allows for an extremely round and tightly braided fiber structure, which creates virtually no cavities inside compared to conventional 12-Braid braids, thus significantly reducing the absorption of water and moisture – durability is greatly increased.
Thanks to the use of a new "Tough PE" fiber, which is slightly thicker and rounder than conventional PE fibers, load capacity and specifically abrasion resistance are greatly increased. This provides significantly higher durability, especially when fishing in risky structures.
The new "EVO+ Silicone3" coating ensures an extremely smooth surface, which feels almost like a monofilament line and reduces friction during casting as well as noise development.
