With the Sealine pilk rods, Daiwa presents a modern series of high-performance sea rods, specifically designed for use in the North and Baltic Seas, as well as for the demanding fishing in Norway. The combination of high-modulus carbon fiber and a special X-wrapping on the handle part ensures perfect balance and excellent handling – even under hard use.

The ergonomically shaped EVA front grip offers maximum control in the fight with strong sea predators, while the rear grip made of Shrinktube with a grippy X-pattern surface ensures durability and a secure hold. Thanks to the sensitive tip action, lures can be animated perfectly and the risk of fish getting off during the fight is reduced.

The saltwater-resistant Seaguide rings with robust Zirconia inserts easily withstand the extreme stresses of sea fishing. They are suitable for both fixed spool and multiplier reels and guarantee reliable function. The equipment is complemented by a classic, robust DPS reel seat.

The four-piece models of the Sealine Pilk series impress with a compact pack size of only 65cm and thus easily fit into any travel luggage. The slender, lightweight blank made of HMC+ carbon fiber is in no way inferior in performance to two-piece rods and offers high reserves of power.

With a total length of 2.40m and casting weights up to 200g or 300g, these rods are versatile – whether for pilking, rubber fish fishing, or light halibut fishing as well as for cod, saithe, and pollock.
