When developing the Black Cat Stick, the goal was to build a catfish rod that could withstand the extreme power of monster catfish as well as the rough handling by the catfish angler. The Black Cat Stick was developed with double wrapped rings without a shock ring, a glass blank, rubber grips and a durable aluminum reel seat. This heavy duty catfish rod is durable and recommended for buoy fishing or heavy bait fish fishing.
