The hook for extreme situations!
The Fox Edges Curve Shank X is the extra sturdy version of the Edges Curve Shank hook model.
The super strong yet lightweight hook was made using an XC80 steel forging construction and is ideal for the biggest carp in extreme “Hook & Hold” situations, meaning when you cannot or do not want to give the fish much line as it could otherwise hide in, for example, the brushwood.
The straight eye is aligned with the shank and the tip is also straight and razor-sharp.
Both the Curve Shank and the Curve Shank X are based on the proven Arma Point technology and the aggressively curved shank facilitates the turning of the hook, which significantly improves the hold in the carp’s mouth. The incorporated micro barb naturally prevents the hook from coming out during the fight. And the non-reflective PTFE coating keeps the carp oblivious of their fate.
