The Megaforce Catfish lineup additionally offers a Baitfeeder model in 2.7m length for catching bait fish with ground or feeder basket rigs up to 120g. This rod can be used very universally from both the boat and the shore.

With the Megaforce Catfish series, DAIWA offers a very successful, durable, and affordable series for catfish fishing – especially when fishing for large fish, one must always be able to rely on one's gear.

The strong blanks and the equipment of the Megaforce Catfish rods made of HMC+ carbon fiber withstand the strains of uncompromising catfish drills and offer optimal handling.

The additional carbon fiber X-Wrapping on the handle part provides extra stability in the backbone and a high-quality appearance. The strong DPS reel holder holds heavy reels securely and twist-free on the handle. The ergonomically shaped front grip made of cork is very comfortable to hold and offers optimal grip during casting and drilling.

The model up to 400g casting weight was developed for float fishing and equipped with a somewhat more sensitive tip.

The buoy models with up to 600g casting weight are suitable for stretching heavy bottom and buoy rigs and offer uncompromising Power for catching big fish even at a distance.
With the two spinning rods up to 180g casting weight, you can also force large catfish safely in the drill and achieve high casting distances.
