The Penn Squadron III Travel Boat series offers excellent value for money and is characterized by a modern blank-action design. The blanks made of 24T Carbon are suitable for wreck and drift fishing with baits as well as for general bottom fishing for cod, ling, and pollock, and the heavier versions are also perfect for hunting halibut in Norway. The Travel Boat rods have the same handle lengths as the regular boat rods, but the blank has been adapted to a 3-piece design; so no concessions were made to the handle and reel holder positions! The rods are equipped with ergonomically shaped, highly dense EVA grip panels and SW-safe rings, are durable, and fit perfectly in your suitcase.
