Arctica High Speed 4500
Noble spinning reel with speed!
The Arctica High Speed 4500 is one of the latest achievements from Ryobi.
This spinning reel is designed for fine monofilament and braided lines. For this purpose, their aluminum coil was provided with grooves in which there are rubber inserts. These ensure that your line does not slip and therefore stays where it should stay.
The reliably working Carbon Drag braking system scores with enormous durability, uncompromising strength and high reliability and ensures that you have the upper hand even in extreme situations and during violent drills while spin fishing. The effort that can arise is minimized by the high-speed transmission, which has the necessary strength. You hardly notice the effort involved when cranking it in!
Thanks to its high speed ratio of 6.0:1, it is possible to achieve an extremely high line retraction even with slow crank revolutions. Accordingly, the Arctica High Speed 4500 offers advantages for many fishing methods.
In addition to the outstanding technical features and the sporty overall design, the Arctica High Speed 4500 spinning reel impresses with its perfect price-performance ratio!

Excellent mid range reel
My father has an old Arctica 4000, and I wanted to buy for him another reel. For this price this is just a must buy category. Stiff body, aluminium spool for braid. 5+1 ball bearings should be enough for almost every situation. I think the main purpose of this reel is spinning, however match fishing also comes in the picture with high speed ratio and the amount of line retrieve. The drag is fine, there is enough cranking power for all kind of match fishing and even light feeder fishing. The selling point of this reel is obviously its price. Good and reliable reel. Unfortunately this reel comes without spare pool as well, just as many others from Ryobi. This is one of the reason for the 7 stars.
