The new Ryobi Slam is packed with the highest quality Japanese high-performance stainless steel ball bearings. In addition, the screwed-in handle ensures zero tolerances in the gear. These innovations are the foundation for an even more precise, perfected run.The Slam 800 is among the lightest reels on the market. The NCRT material, which makes up the body and rotor, is a composite material in which Japanese carbon fibers generate strength and lightness. An almost indestructible material: impact-resistant, UV-resistant, and corrosion-free - of course, also in saltwater!
The carbon fiber brake operates completely jerk-free. The initial resistance is at best measurable, but not noticeable. Therefore, readjusting during the fight is usually not necessary. Set it to the line strength, done!
The Ryobi Slam 800 is a top-notch small reel, weighing only 165 g thanks to high-quality carbon fiber components. Yet, you do not have to do without high running culture, a precise brake, and even a screwed-in handle.
