Verum II 800
The ultra-light small reel!
The top roller Verum II from Ryobi has had its gear components completely redeveloped to ensure extremely smooth and vibration-free running. Another feature is its special design, which makes it a very light, yet robust, modern stationary reel.
However, what sets it apart from other fishing reels in its price range is its waterproof braking system. Strictly speaking, it is the carbon fiber brake discs that ensure absolutely smooth line removal during the fight. This means that the fish that has just bitten can swim away without noticing that it is already on your hook.
This special role also feels comfortable and light in your hand. With its extremely smooth and vibration-free running, it is more reminiscent of rollers in significantly higher price ranges. Other technical features include its partial stainless steel gear, a directly screwed-in crank and an included aluminum replacement spool.
The body of the Verum II 800 made of exclusive NCRT carbon fiber material makes it an ultra-light mini reel. This makes it ideal for ultra-light fishing methods, but also perfect for trout fishing and spoon fishing!
