With its distinctive stealth matte finish and the unmistakable Japanese design, this rod series opens up versatile possibilities for precise and controlled fishing for pike, perch, zander, and other predators.

Originally conceived in Japan for bass fishing, the new Zodias has been specifically further developed to unfold even more performance in freshwater spinning.

The improved balance and reduced weight are immediately noticeable and allow for longer, fatigue-free fishing with precise lure control.

From fine finesse presentations to large lures, the Zodias offers versatility without compromise.

The Zodias series is based on the proven Hi-Power X Carbon-technology by Shimano, which reduces blank twists, improves casting precision, and allows for optimal power transfer throughout the entire rod. The result is more casting distance, better control, and precise lure control – even with thin braid.

It enables powerful strikes and control when using large spinnerbaits and at the same time increases sensitivity and precision in vertical fishing or long casts with softbaits.

Every detail is designed with a focus on functionality. The lightweight CI4+ reel seat perfectly complements the Carbon Monocoque handle to ensure the highest sensitivity and directly transmit even the finest vibrations into the hand.

The low weight ensures pleasant handling over longer periods, while the secure reel hold and the direct feedback are essential for detecting fine bites in deeper or flowing water.

At the same time, the rod offers precise control when aggressively working twitchbaits or jerks.

The matte blank additionally reduces the weight, while smaller Fuji-Alconite rings with optimized spacing ensure balanced balance, optimal line protection, and disturbance-free casting with thin braid.
