The material of our SP Mile High Mono line is extremely robust and offers an unmatched ratio of tensile strength to diameter, coupled with unparalleled abrasion resistance and durability. With a technically sophisticated knot (we recommend the Palomar knot), you can use a smaller diameter, which significantly increases casting distance. Choosing the right ratio of lead weight to line diameter provides a huge casting distance advantage over using a leader. Our extremely resistant X-Tuff coating offers excellent abrasion resistance and protection against harmful UV light. This extends the life of the line, prevents wear, and maintains tensile strength much longer. The UltraSink Compound core of the line ensures good sinking, low stretch, and high tensile strength. The matte surface makes the line lay nicely on the bottom. For optimal results, we recommend soaking the spool in warm water for 2 hours before spooling. When spooling, it's also important to spool the line counterclockwise to avoid twisting. You can also use a bankstick to spool the line; then, the line should come from the bottom of the spool.Product details:
