The VMC Double Pike Chain is a pre-assembled leader for large rubber lures from a length of 16 cm onwards. It consists of two VMC 4551 Round 1X Strong Trebles (size 2/0 for L or 3/0 for XL), an ultra-strong swivel chain, reinforced split rings, two spike pins, and a Pike Screw (screw for the rubber lure).
The two spike pins are simply inserted into the rubber lure and detach from the lure upon the fish's bite. This means the pike has less weight to leverage the hook out during the fight, and the rubber lure is significantly less likely to get damaged or torn.
