With the Catbuster Bank, WFT has designed the strongest catfish rod for fishing from the shore with a tensioned line. It is also among the most robust catfish rods ever introduced. Thanks to the indestructible WFT rod technology with a 100% laminated carbon fiber tip.
In addition, this rod employs Solid-Technology. It owes the rod the fabulous stability, which, however, does not come at the expense of the sensitivity of the rod. This indestructible carbon fiber rod is still not top-heavy and has an excellent bite indication with strong striking power.
The remaining features of the rod are also impressive! To achieve maximum stability, the time-tested WFT LTC rings were used. An oversized LTC coated hook eye, mounted above the grip, securely holds trebles and single hooks of any size.
A further contribution to the indestructibility of the Catbuster Bank is made by the solid Nylon/ABS reel seat. The Hard-EVA on the grip pieces and the rubber end cap stylishly round off the positive overall impression of this rod!
Thus, this extremely strong catfish rod meets the high demands required during catfish fights. The uncompromising backbone and sensitive tip allow for easy sucking in of the bait.
