The TX Extreme Spod Marker Rod combines lightness with remarkable casting power, ensuring that spods can be placed precisely even in distant feeding areas. When using a marker float, the rod provides excellent feedback on the different ground conditions.
The TX Extreme Spod Marker is the perfect rod if you podd often, especially at long distances. The low weight and the powerful backbone enable the rod tip to achieve exceptionally high speeds when casting. In addition, the rod can handle even the largest spods without being overwhelmed.
When a marker float is used, the rod shines with outstanding sensitivity and feedback, allowing underwater features to be optimally identified. For the necessary precision, the blank is equipped with markings for measuring line lengths. The High Pressure Carbon (HPC) blank impressively transfers the immense power to the arms and a 3K carbon coating up to the 5th ring ensures additional power reserves.
The casting performance is very close to that of our Tribal Intensity carp rods and combines extreme power in the handle part with a responsive tip part for a quick restoring moment. The result is a unique spod and marker rod with outstanding performance. The super light PacBay CSV Minima guides (braid safe) complement the amazing performance of the blank.
In action, you immediately notice how responsive the rod feels when using a marker float. Depending on your preference, there are two models to choose from - 12ft and 13ft. Both are rated with a 5lb test curve and ensure that you get the power and performance that leaves nothing to be desired.
