Questions about orders & customer account

  • Do I need a customer account to order from the nordfishing77 fishing shop? No, you can also order from us without creating a customer account. Simply tick the box "Do not create a customer account" during the order process.
  • How can I subscribe to and unsubscribe from the nordfishing77 newsletter? Here you can subscribe to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using a link in the newsletter email.
  • What are the benefits of a customer account? In your customer account under “My account”, you can manage your payment methods, billing address and delivery address. You can also view your orders and create a wishlist for a later order.
  • What should I do if I have forgotten my password or would like to change it? To do this, please click “Forgot password?” before logging in.
  • How much are the shipping costs? In Austria and Germany, the shipping costs are uniformly €7.90. Separate prices apply for all other countries. For more details, please refer to the “Shipping information”. Simply click here.
  • How do I receive a gift at nordfishing77? For every order with advance payment, from a goods value of €177.77 you have the option to select a free gift during checkout. You can find all further information here.

Questions about payment & vouchers

  • How can I redeem a voucher? Simply enter the code you received in the shopping cart or before completing your order. The voucher amount will be deducted automatically. If this does not work, please contact us by phone at +43 2246 / 20 510 or by email at [email protected]
  • How can I pay? You can find all information about payment options here.
  • Can I use an online shop voucher in the store or vice versa? No. A voucher from the online shop can only be used online, and a store voucher can only be used in the stores.

Questions about shipping & delivery

  • When can I expect delivery? We will ship your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment. The delivery time depends on the respective country and can be read here. You can track your parcel using the tracking number.
  • Can I change my order? Your order is immediately transferred to the automatic processing system and therefore cannot be changed. In very urgent cases, please contact us as soon as possible at +43 2246 / 20 510 or by email at [email protected]
  • Which shipping company will deliver my parcel? We ship all our orders with the shipping service provider GLS. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please check the parcel for damage BEFORE accepting it or sign in the signature field with "damaged or accepted with reservation", as the transport insurance expires after signing.
  • Why did I not receive an order confirmation email after submitting my order? The confirmation is an automatic email and may therefore have been placed in the spam folder.

  • How can I exchange an item? For an exchange, please contact us in writing at [email protected]. Please do not return any goods without prior notice. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please do not cancel, exchange or complain about goods from the online shop in a store.
  • What should I do if I have received a wrong or defective item? Please contact us in both cases - please fill out our complaint form here!
