- Do I need a customer account to order from Angelshop nordfishing77? No, you can also order from us without creating a customer account. Simply check "Do not create a customer account" during the ordering process.
- How can I subscribe & unsubscribe to the nordfishing77 newsletter? Here you can subscribe to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime via a link in the newsletter email.
- What are the benefits of a customer account? In your account under “My Account” you can manage payment methods, billing address, and delivery address. You can also view your orders and create a wish list for a later order.
- What should I do if I forgot my password or want to change it? Before logging in, please click “Forgot password?”.
- How much are the shipping costs? In Austria & Germany: €7.90 flat. For all other countries, separate prices apply. For details please see the shipping information.
- How do I receive a gift at nordfishing77? For each order with prepayment, you can choose a free gift at checkout if your order value is at least €177.77. All further information can be found here.
Questions about Payment & Vouchers
- How can I redeem a voucher? Simply enter the received code in the shopping cart or before completing the order. The voucher amount will be deducted automatically. If this does not work, please contact us by phone at +43 2246 / 20 510 or by email at [email protected]

- Can I use an online shop voucher in the store or vice versa? No. An online shop voucher can only be used online, and a store voucher only in stores.
Questions about Shipping & Delivery
- When can I expect delivery? We ship your order as soon as possible after payment is received. Delivery time depends on the respective country and can be checked here. You can track your package with the tracking number.

- Which shipping company will deliver my package? We ship all our orders with GLS. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please check the package for damage before accepting it, or sign with "damaged or with reservation," as transport insurance expires after signing.
- Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email? The confirmation is an automatic email and may have landed in the spam folder.

- How can I exchange an item? For an exchange, please contact us in writing at [email protected]. Please do not return goods without prior notice. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please do not withdraw, exchange, or complain about goods from the online shop in a store.
